Rules & Terms of Enrollment
This declaration informs parents, guardians, and students about the rules for training, the organization of the educational process, and the conditions for participation in the activities of Euphoria Dance Center.
By enrolling, the parent or guardian confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the terms below, and agree to support their child's compliance with them throughout the training period.
Declaration for acknowledgment and consent to the rules and terms of Euphoria Dance Center.
I. Organization of the Educational Process
- The duration of the training sessions is 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the age group and dance class in which the student is enrolled.
- Entering the dance studio with outdoor shoes is not permitted. Shoes must be removed outside the studio and left in the designated area.
- Each student must be changed and fully prepared before the beginning of their class.
- Entering the studio before the previous rehearsal has ended is not permitted.
- Parents of children aged 4–6 may accompany the child to the changing room and provide the necessary assistance in preparing for the class.
- Parents of students aged 6–18 must wait outside the dance studio while classes are taking place.
- After the rehearsal has ended, students are escorted out as a group by the instructor and handed over to their parents outside the studio.
- While waiting in the common areas of the building, all parents, accompanying persons, and students must maintain peace and quiet, showing respect for other visitors, residents of the building, and the educational process of the other groups.
II. Conduct During Classes
- In order to ensure the smooth running of the educational process, parents are not permitted to attend rehearsals. An exception is permitted only during organized open classes or when this has been announced in advance by the management of the school.
Students' development may be observed during concerts, performances, competitions, contests, and all other stage appearances organized or attended by the school.
- Every student is expected to show respect towards their instructors and the other participants in the group.
In cases of repeated aggressive behavior, offensive conduct, disciplinary violations, or a lack of willingness to participate in the educational process, the management of Euphoria Dance Center reserves the right to terminate the student's attendance at classes. The parent/guardian will be notified in a timely manner.
- Bringing and consuming food during rehearsals, as well as chewing gum, is not permitted. Only carrying a bottle of water is allowed.
- Each student is personally responsible for their belongings. The school is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged personal belongings.
- The use of mobile phones during classes is not permitted. Before the beginning of the rehearsal, phones must be switched off or placed on silent mode and left in the changing room.
- For all classes, students are required to wear the designated rehearsal attire for the respective dance class, as well as have their hair tied in a bun.
Failure to wear part of the required attire or failure to comply with the appearance requirements is permitted no more than three times. Upon the fourth violation, the student will not be permitted to attend the respective class. Providing the required rehearsal attire is the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Euphoria Dance Center works with a tailor to produce some of the required items — upon enrollment, the parent receives information about which items can be made through the school and which must be purchased separately.
III. Responsibilities
- Parents and accompanying persons are not permitted to remain in the dance studio during classes.
If the parent/guardian has determined that the child is able to arrive at and leave classes independently, they must inform the instructor responsible for the respective group in advance. In this case, responsibility for the child's safety outside the class hours and outside the studio lies with the parent/guardian.
- In the event that medical assistance is required, the student becomes unwell, or an incident occurs during classes, the instructor must be able to immediately contact a parent or another designated adult. For this reason, up-to-date contact details must be provided upon enrollment.
- Instructors are not responsible for assisting students when using the restroom.
The only exception is made for children aged 4 to 6.
- The parent/guardian is required to promptly inform the instructor of any change in the contact telephone number, emergency contact person, or any changes related to the student's health that could affect their participation in the educational process.
- Upon enrollment at Euphoria Dance Center, every parent/guardian must complete and sign this declaration. It is a mandatory part of the enrollment of every student.
IV. Educational and Artistic Program
- The artistic year at Euphoria Dance Center runs from September to June.
During this period, students prepare for participation in concerts, contests, competitions, and other national and international appearances, when they have reached the required level of preparation and following an assessment by the artistic directors.
- Attendance at all rehearsals throughout the artistic year is important for the development of the students and for the preparation of group choreographies.
Absences for health reasons are accepted following prior notification to the instructor.
- Up to three class absences per month for personal reasons are permitted, provided that the instructors are notified in the preceding month.
In case of failure to comply with the attendance requirements, the instructors may determine that the student will not be included in upcoming concerts, contests, competitions, or other stage appearances.
- Participation in concerts, contests, festivals, competitions, and all other stage appearances is determined solely by the artistic directors based on the student's preparation, discipline, and readiness.
- If a student wishes to participate independently in a contest, concert, educational program, or masterclass that is not organized by Euphoria Dance Center, this must be discussed in advance with the artistic directors.
Without their consent, the school's name may not be presented at such events.
- Pointe work in classical ballet classes is permitted only following an assessment by the instructor and not before reaching 12 years of age.
- All information related to the educational process, rehearsals, concerts, contests, competitions, performances, and all organizational matters is published in the official Viber groups of Euphoria Dance Center for the respective class.
Each parent and student is personally responsible for monitoring the published information and familiarizing themselves with it in a timely manner. The instructors are not required to notify each parent individually. Upon enrollment, each new student receives information on how to join their respective organizational group.

- By signing this declaration, the parent/guardian gives consent for photographs and video recordings featuring the student to be used by Euphoria Dance Center for presenting and promoting the activities of the school in the media and on social networks.
